Troubleshooting a team project segment not saving or being reverted to previous saved point

I'm needing some help trying to troubleshootin what is causing a segment in a team project from saving changes or perhaps reverting to a previous save point.  Some how it is affecting the auto save points too.

I have a team project that I copied a segment from another project into.  It's a segment that we use as a template for a video series.  The copy brings with it the assets for the series which are on a creative cloud share to which we usually replace sections of the segment with the new content from the project.  After this copy I push the team project updates and proceed to work on it normally.  My auto save setting seem to be working normally and I randomly keep pushing shared team updates.  After a 4 hour or longer editing session, I push my changes and exit the project.  When I come back to the project, the last saved version of the segment has the time stamp when I ended the editing; however, none of the edits I made in those four plus hours of editing are there.  When looking at the version history, those random puhses don't appear and when looking at the auto save history, there is nothing there during the time frame of editing in that editing window; however, the autosave history is there before it.  It is really strange.  No system hangs or performance issues.

Needless to say this is really frustrating but more importantly I can't trust the tools as this now has happened twice in the past three weeks.  Unfortunately it doesn't help that both projects are high priority and on a deadline but what projects aren't.  Over all I have lost more than 2 days of editing and it is getting to be really frustrating.  I have read posts of others completely giving up on team projects because they have experienced losing work.  I hate the thought of having to give up on team projects as we have been using them for over a year with pretty good success.  I really want this to work; so, I'm looking for help to troubleshoot and figure out what is causing this loss of segment edits.  Could it be something to do with the project and copying content into the project, or could it be associated with the plugins I'm using, or could it be part of my computer setup - I do have a lot of memory and multiple CPUs and GPUs.  Really, I'm trying to trouble shoot the root cause and would invite anyone to join the conversation to see if we can get to the bottom of this issue.

I have attached a few screen shots that show the project history and auto save history and my current configuration incase that has something to do with it.

Thoughts?

Hi,

Sorry for your troubles with Team Project.

In general, a new auto-save is created and saved to a local database for every edit in your project similar to the project history and Team Project Versions are created each time a collaborator shares changes to the Team Project.

The process responsible for maintaining and synchronizing local Team Projects data may have run into a bad state?

Do you have other collaborator on this Team Project and are they able see your latest changes?

Which Version of Premiere Pro are you using?

Do you remember if the 'Team Project Local Hub' status indicator (bottom left) showed as a green checkmark?

Could you send me [upawlik@adobe.com] the Team Projects Local Hub (TPLH) logs that correspond to the timeframe when you encountered the issue?

TPLH log location :  C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Team Projects Local Hub\2.0\logs

Best, Udo
