We parted ways with an editor and his Adobe permissions were cancelled. Is there any way for me to archive the team projects that he started?

Can the Team administrator do that?

Added... doesn't the team admin have all the information for that departed person?

I found this article, but it says that you need Owner permissions to archive, delete or restore a Teams Project. https://helpx.adobe.com/team-projects/using/archive-a-team-project.html.

However, it should be possible for others to convert it to a Premiere Pro project. From the File menu, select Edit >Team Project > Convert Team Project to Project.

Another option would be to create a duplicate Team Project. Any collaborator can open the Team Project and choose 'Files > Save as...'. The duplicate team Project will have the 'collaborator' set as the 'owner'. The caveat here is that the Team Project version history and current collaborators are not copied.
