Can't accept team project request

So, I'm sending team project request to my friend but he simply can't accept the request. he can decline it but accept button doesn't work, and he can't invite me for project too. 

What should we do?

I'm with problems with accepting the team project of After Effects. My friend tries to accept by Creative Cloud desktop program but the program doesn't allow him to accept, only to decline...

Are you both using the latest version of After Effects?
Can your friend accept the invite in After Effcts (File > Open Team Project... > 'Invites tab')?
