Can't Continue or start new Team Projects

Hi, is anybody having problems with making new team projects? I'm getting used to this function and at the star it was working without any problem but now I can't creat nor open another team project. I'm logged to my creative cloud account so I don't know what the problem is. This are the messages I get when I try to create a project:
"This machine must be signed in to adobe creative cloud to use team projects"

 

I do not know what's the problem since I'm signed in to adobe creative cloud.

Hi, you could try to close all Creative Cloud applications, and sign out of Creative Cloud.
Now, launch PremierePro and sign-in when prompted.
If this does not work, try to remove Adobe entries in the Keychain(Mac) or Credential Manager(Win) as outlined here: User and license information issues
