Premiere Crashed and Now Won't Open Team Projects

I was editing a team project when Premiere crashed. When I reopened it, it wouldn't load the team projects screen in the start menu. Whenever I would click on the Team Projects tab, it would load for a few seconds, saying "logging into team projects," then just revert to the default screen. When I would go to file>open team project it would again load for a second and then nothing would happen. Also nothing would happen when I went file>open recent>[team project I was just working on], nor would anything happen when I tried opening a different team project. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere. Didn't fix anything.

Signing out and signing back in did not work for me. Has anyone else had this problem? I click, the screen goes blank, then comes back to the same screen. Previous to updating PR a few weeks ago, I didn't have this issue.
