Premiere Team Project Stuck Loading

Hi, I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2017.1.2.  I'm trying to open a buns of team projects I own and it gets stuck.  It doesn't get past this point, it tries to open for a minute, and then it gives up.  Any idea what's going on?

Try to rename the Team Projects Local Hub - folder. Premiere will then create a new folder (But be sure to save the old one) After that it will take some time to load. But a t least it will load. Sometimes simply logging out and or resynching with team projects helps, too.
