problem in making an imported clip online for teams proj

Hi, i have a problem in editing what my teammate imported into the team project. we can see the folder he imports, but all media appeared to be offline. thanks so much for the help if you can help us know how to make it online for us to edit!!

Hi,

Your teammate still needs to make the media accessible to you. So the clips need to be either on a shared storage where both of you have access to or you both need to have the media local on your machines. 
You can use CC Files, Google Drive or any other file sharing service to sync the media between all collaborators. Once you have sync'ed the media locally you should create a media mapping under "Edit > Team Project > Media Management..." to point the offline clip to your local media path.
