Team can't share After Effects changes or open projects

Hi all,

As a team, we have multiple projects on the go but members are experiencing different problems.

• One project is up-to-date for one team member but they can't share changes (the option is greyed out) and everyone else is viewing an older version.
• One team member is an owner of an existing separate project and is having the following problems:
  • They can't open it and are stuck on the loading screen
  • They can't invite anyone else to the project to see if they can open it
  • They can seem to start a new project, share changes and invite others to it.

We are all up-to-date and running the latest version of AE.

Can anyone please help?

Were these Team Projects created during the Beta period or were they created since the latest versions were released in October?

They were created in the Beta but I'm sure we've had access to these features since October.

It's three years later, ad I am also encountering this problem. Is the same solution (convert to offline project and import as a new team project) still the best one at this point?
