I want to collab with a fellow editor in Premiere Pro CC 2020, but they cannot access team projects. Everything is synced on both our ends, but she gets the error that her 'machine must be signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud to use Team Projects'. She opened Premiere Pro through the creative cloud and downloaded the latest version as well.
Even though, she still cannot open or create Team Projects, and thus definitely not join mine.

How do we fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Anke,

Your fellow editor could try to remove Adobe entries in the Keychain(Mac) or Credential Manager(Win) - User and license information issues

If this doesn't work the editor should make sure that none of the endpoints are blocked by a firewall
Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints (Last entry under "Non-browser-based services")

Thank you,
Udo
