MY ADOBE ACCOUNT GOT HACKED!!!! Now all my information is on the Black Web for anyone to use.
Be careful. Scan the emails and passwords.
They used my email info and pw. I would think Adobe would have better security than they do.
Of course you cant call and speak to a human about it.
Patricia.

I'm sorry, but this is a YOU problem and not an Adobe problem. You should have enabled 2 factor log-in authentication in your Adobe Account.

Personal data doesn't just fly off your computer unless it's vulnerable to attack. When you're not proactive about security & using the very latest anti-virus software and firewall to protect your system, this is what can happen.
Good luck.

Are you using the same password on multiple accounts across the web? That makes it easier for someone to hack your accounts.

What makes you so sure you've been hacked?

Hi @patriciav1135583 ,
I am sorry to hear about your plight. Unfortunately, it is likely from your computer that hackers gained access to you account. If it were from Adobe more or all of us would be affected. You need to make sure that your computer security is current at all times and your protection scanner runs regularly to arrest and remove malwares promptly. I have reason to believe that Adobe does all they can to protect their website.
Best wishes
Jacquelin

And you hadn't changed your password in the last 11 years?
