There is nothing worth a damn on Google playstore for viewing vectors
Illustrator is not available on Google Playstore. The full version is on desktop and a very streamlined version is on iPadOS. The iPad version supports SVG.

Any modern web browser can view SVG files. The code is XML-based and can be modified in a plain text/code editor.
AI (Adobe Illustrator) files require a vector graphics app like one of these.

If you can't find any decent viewers by using a free app out there, there's always the option of using a trial/ free version of Illustrator.

Interesting list, Nancy.
However, Photoshop and Illustrator are not in the Google Play store, so that won't help the OP.. The mobile versions are only on iPad and are in the App Store. Photoshop is a raster application and will rasterize vector when the file is opened. Adobe Capture capture assets such as colors and patterns from a photo.
I don't know anything about the non-Adobe apps, as I don't use them and we have been asked not to promote them anyway since the Adobe forums are for Adobe support.

The whole point was to perform a Google search.
