Blurb layout restore (Locked... not an Adobe question)

Hi how do I restore an individual page or pages initiall saved in Saved Layouts on Blurb ?

According to what I find that is a 3rd party module added to an Adobe program

1 - what Adobe program are you using?

2 - have you contacted the author of that module?
