We get back duplicate e-mails when someone submits a web form in our site, someone who can help with this issue?

Something is probably being duplicated in your code.  The form processing script usually contains the email address.   The HTML form should never contain the email address as it will be seen by robots & spammers who could potentially exploit your form and email for their own purposes.
