I suspect Adobes database has been breached again, similar to this incident, of which I changed my custom email address only used form Adobe nothing else.
https://petapixel.com/2013/11/07/number-adobe-accounts-hacked-now-150m-check/
The email I got was
"Your password at 403346 will expire in less than 14 day(s).
Please go to https://ondemand.questionmark.com/home/403346/user/14261/edit to change your password"
Note I have 2 adobe accounts. Work & personal cloud account. Both of them received this email, which further leads me to believe there is a breach.

Sounds like phishing to me.
1) I have received no such e-mail from Adobe.
2) I use a very good monitoring service, and I have received no notification of any such breach from them.
3) It may not have come from Adobe. Almost weekly I get e-mails very similar to yours which are supposedly from places like facebook, twitter, etc. Places where I do not, and never have had, an account. They just want you to click on their link and give them passwords and other personal info.
If you are worried, go to Adobe, or whatever site it is referencing (403346), and change your password there. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK IN THE E-MAIL OR REPLY TO IT IN ANY WAY.
Just my 2 cents.
