Dear Sir , I am writing to ask if you could inform me about rights for making a Facebook page for Adobe Bosnia and Herzegovina. I create page which has over 2.700 likes for short period. I want to promote page , but I heard that i need Adobe support to do that.. I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible. Kind regards and best wishes!

The forums are not an official way to contact Adobe. They are a place for users to help other users. It would probably behoove you to contact Adobe through some more official channels.

Pretty sure that if you are not using Adobe's branding and make it clear the page is not an official Adobe page you are good to go. There is already hundreds of Adobe related pages and groups out there now.

You are using trademarked images and logos, and passing off the page as official by using the Adobe brand name. That's illegal.
