Guys inform you, do not hire the service, they charge extra, do not warn when you have adjustment in the subscription fee the numbers informed 0800 do not support. You have a complaint record registration number 357896 date 11/11/2019. I repeat not hiring is the biggest bureaucracy. Right now on the site is offering chat services and it's on time (I have print) and protocol number to prove PERSONALS DON'T TRUST THEM You have the same case on the complain site here several times Your status on the national complaints website is a joke! Did you know that Automatic contract renewal is prohibited by Article 39 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), according to the Procon coordinator. Without the express consent of the consumer, the continuity of the service becomes a kind of free sample, without any payment. Adobe do Brasil has a customer relationship that is ridiculous and bad

I don't understand most of what you're saying. Perhaps it's due to the language barrier. But next time, read the terms of service that you agreed to. Automatic renewal is described in your terms of service agreement. Adobe is a US company. So your legal terms are governed by the laws in North America and Ireland. There's nothing illegal about automatic renewals. See links below.

Whatever the laws say in Brasil, you will still need to contact Adobe customer support. These forums are largely populated by other users, and, sadly, there's nothing we can do for you.
Try this link instead of the one I originally gave you: https://www.adobe.com/pt/about-adobe/contact.html
Or maybe https://www.adobe.com/br/about-adobe/contact.html
That last one just kinda flashed by for me and redirected to the /pt one, so I'm not certain it's valid.
