I recently had my Logo Design done by Adobe Logos and they charged me $299 for it, and what I got in return was a red colour text with my business name on it. I have been asking for a refund since 2 weeks and the chat support keeps banning me again and again on different IPs. I haven't felt so cheated in my life. And now I feel like maybe they aren't even a part of Adobe and are just running a scam. I found their website ad via google search. I need to know if they are part of Adobe or are they just pretending to be.

Definitely it has nothing to do with Adobe as a company. As far as I know, Adobe is not providing such service.

Adobe is not providing any design support. Adobe designs software that can be used for designing things, but those are Adobe's customers. Anyone using Adobe somewhere in his company name is an imposter, except Adobe themselves.

That does not mean that someone cannot get an Adobe logo somewhere on his website, eg certified instructors, affiliates etc. But the Adobe name cannot be part of any other company's brand.

$300 for a brand logo is  quite reasonable.  When I started my first business many years ago, I paid a design firm about $600 for my company's logo.   I gave them several ideas to start with and we revised the logo 3 times before I accepted it.  So you must be involved in the whole  process.   Be specific.  Tell them what you like and don't like about the logo they sent you.  Demand a 2nd opportunity for satisfaction.   If they don't cooperate, then go to your credit card and charge back.
