Yes this adobe .. I have 26000 photos I would like to export to my harddrive .I have CC ...

Use your operating system's file manager (Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder) to move files from point A to point B.  

If your computer can't find the External HD, it's probably not formatted correctly for your system.  Refer to your operating system's documentation for more details.
