Hi,
Does anyone know where I can can take in person classes for a decent price to to get my Premiere Pro Certification in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles?
Thank you
Go to school. Software doesn't make you a good editor. There's a lot more to it than that.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Lounge forum.

It depends on what you want to do and how much experience you have.

I graduated with a BA in Radio and TV 20 years ago. I am working full time as a QC Technician but would like to become an editor. I don't really don't want to spend the money or have the time to go to a full time college. Do you know of any community colleges that have good editing programs in the San Fernando Valley Area so I could still work/take care of my family but also get up to speed with my editing skills? Thank you!

No. Not offhand. You might enquire at Cal State Northridge or Cal Arts in Valencia. They may offer film programs, I don't know.
My friend who is an Emmy award-winning editor for her work on season 1 of Cheer, received her MFA in film from UCLA. Despite her training and experience, it took her years to find gainful employment in the industry. It's who you know. Many connections were made in school BTW.
I wish you the best of luck!
