https://bgr.com/tech/spains-new-anti-deepfake-law-gives-massive-fines-for-unlabeled-ai-content/
While the Trump administration made it clear that it’s not interested in heavily regulating AI, other countries are taking a different approach. Spain has a new law that will hit companies with fines of up to $38 million, or 7% of their annual turnout, for AI content that’s not properly labeled as such.
Proposed legislation also bans other AI practices, like using subliminal techniques to manipulate people into engaging in dangerous or destructive behaviors.

I think that is a VERY good thing... it is hard enough now to do an Internet search and know if the results are real or not, add fake videos to that and finding the truth is even harder

And audio.
90% of fake AI on social media is easy to spot— the tell-tale signs are blatantly obvious. However, when legitimacy is in doubt, you can check images with this online AI detector. I've pinned it to the top of my browser window.

Wow thanks! I'm glad to have this. I've heard more and more of AI detectors, and it's sorely needed. AI is improving more and more all the time, and I worry about a day when it will fool us all. As it is, it fools way too many people. One look at Facebook will tell you that.
