I use Microsoft Edge (default browser in Windows 11) and every week or so I go to a link to delete old & unwanted cookies by going to edge://settings/siteData
I have found that 'some' cookies will not delete
Doing a search at Microsoft I found two Edge addon programs
https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/cookie-autodelete/djkjpnciiommncecmdefpdllknjdmmmo
and
https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/cookieeditor/neaplmfkghagebokkhpjpoebhdledlfi
Has anyone used either of these addons?
Do either of them really work?

Both addons have a 'manual delete' option when at a specific web site
The 'editor' addon does not show the 'human' names, only the internal technical names... so I not only did not know what the cookie was, the addon did not delete the cookies I wanted it to delete
The 'autodelete' addon (in manual mode) shows the names in a way I can understand, and it deletes 'most' cookied for a specific web site... it does not remove www.google.com or www.rockandbrews.com so 'something' about those 2 sites is installing a cookie that I can't delete... I can live with that for now
I may, someday, use The ‘nuclear’ option and select the REMOVE ALL option at edge://settings/site and then log in to all the sites I visit to set fresh cookies
