Most Preferred Mouse -Best for Adobe-Precision-Ergo

New Here ,
Aug 25, 2022 Aug 25, 2022

Desperate times - tried all types of devices to get precision and not wreck my hand. Tried the RollerMouse Contour- really not good choice with Adobe.

Is there a best option mouse that most users are in love with? I want to learn and create without having to work around the obstacle of a mouse not doing its job. Thank you for all input, this has become so huge that I don't want to work on any projects.

I've had good luck with Logitech.

I use the M510.

Use different tools for different tasks.

For routine computer work, have a Logitech TrackBall mouse.  I switched many years ago after a long bout with carpal tendonitis and never looked back. A++

For precision drawing & painting in graphics apps, you might also invest in a Wacom Intuous drawing tablet & pen stylus.

All tools require some getting used to initially.  But after you break old bad habits, new tools become 2nd nature.

Thanks for taking time to give me your specifics.
I used to have trackball, I'll relook at it. Wondered if it would mess with
my thumbjoint, but I'll look now.
As for the tablet... I never knew that's was possibility, but makes sense
and I will look at it now. I got a new Dell a year or so back with a stylus
and it's bizarre, haven't used it too much. But a tablet made for graphics
sounds like a much better work out.

Really appreciate it. I've been having a time trying to be precise thanks!

Was your trackball in the middle or on the side?

I don't know if they still sell the classic Microsoft wheel mouse? But all these years I have loved using it for its comfort. I've used other but none have the same comforting control as the others.

I definitely prefer a pen tablet over a mouse for detailed Photoshop work.  Wacom tablets are well known and I've heard nothing but great things.  I use an XP-Pen and I really like it.
