Perhaps you should re-read the date & topic.

1. Photoshop & Illustrator are trademarked products made by Adobe. 

2. Since 2107, the answer remains the same now as it always has. Adobe does NOT make desktop app versions for Linux.  Never has & likely never will.

3. The links you posted are to non-Adobe made knockoffs.

 

Authentic Adobe mobile apps for Androids can be sourced from the Google Play store.
