Hi there,

I am a Professional Learning Facilitator in NZ.

I am wondering if anyone knows whether Adobe offer any support/instruction/partnership to those training others in Adobe software/promoting the software.

I would love to have guidnace from Adobe on what products are designed for education etc.

I have tried a few different support routes but always end up at a dead end.

Pointers anyone?

Try Adobe Education Exchange. Here is a list of their programs.
They have their own community as well, where you can ask this question.

Thank-you for this Peru Bob. But do you know if there is an actual team that looks after educators?

I'm in NZ so would prefer someone in NZ for Australia as they are more likely to know our needs/environment.

I have tried the 0508 number that is on their website for NZ users but I end up with an automated message and being on hold for more than half an hour - i have given up both times I have called.

Silvia is right... the Education Exchange is where I would look.

The courses there are to be done on your own pace.

A few years ago, the Education Exchange offered free 5 weeks classes.  That were brilliant. I was one of the lecturers and and instructor.  Sadly the live 5 week classes are no longer.  But they were never really promote effectively by Adobe.

But they were amazing.  Greg and Jo did a brilliant job and the content was so so so so on point.

I think they could go back and reintroduce live courses, but they really need to be promoted.  And I think they could actually promote.  Here on Adobe Commmunity Support and on the various Adobe Discord servers.

There some educators (myself included) that do stream on Behance for the Adobe Education Leaders program....

And there are other live streamers on Behance.  This could be interesting for you as well.
