I'm a long time loyal user of Wacom tables, has anyone else noticed the horrid decline of the both the software and support?
I had the most harrowing computer glitch in 30 years and had to call Apple computer 4 times 2 hours each before we figured out it was the Wacom Tablet.
Their support which used to be spot on , I think is now based in Phillipplines. You can email, but then some lady will do a back and forth for several weeks wanting this video, and that video and endless. Maybe i'm the only one who notices.

They just updated their drivers for Tahoe and of course the tablet model I have at work and at home is no longer supported. Ugh. They still work but there is a memory leak and who knows if a future OS update will break the old driver. Already having to go a version back because the one that was current doesn't work at all.

The issue is customer the horrid customer support, which is all offshore now. The tablet actually working, but an overlay glitch causing option key to stay stuck and took 5 Apple senior techs to figure out it was Wacom culprit, and their horrid email support.. pathetic company.

I haven't dealt with their support, I just want them to keep updating their drivers instead of abandoning perfectly good hardware.

UGH - I had noticed it starting about a year ago, my tablets would not work consistently all of a sudden. It was not Tahoe, or any operating system. It WAS the tablet. I finally switched to Xenselabs. So far so good....! Just disappointing when something you depend on stops being the way it was!!!

Thanks Kent, NY times also mentions Huion tablets. I'll look at Xenlabs. Yes Wacom is now a disaster, horrid offshore support. Just to find culprit took 4 seperate 90 minutes calls and case with Apple.

I had a Wacom ages & ages ago. Wasn't impressed with it then & never wanted a 2nd one.

I've owned probably 6-8 of them since around 1995 or so and always had good results, but definitely things have fallen off.
