Forgive me for writing this in a place where sales don't really belong, but since there's nowhere else to write these important posts, I'm forced to.
Now I want to talk about something that you're not allowed to talk about here. Adobe's community is carefully designed so that you can only talk about very specific things. And the keywords are designed so that they can't be created by users, and therefore you're forced to use them Adobe has decided in advance. In other words, a very conscious way of controlling what we can talk about. I've been an Adobe customer for over ten years, and there was a time when I loved Adobe and praised them. But over the years Adobe has changed, they have clearly turned their backs on their own customers, they have gone full-on down a path that is all about greed and today I consider Adobe to be the greediest and most unattractive company. What has happened at Adobe? All your horrible methods to extract money from your customers. Why, for example, can't I use the creative points that I already have for your new services? Because you are greedy. That's why I have personally bought subscriptions from all other companies because I don't want to support the greedy disgusting concept Adobe has embarked on. The only reason I am still a premium subscriber is my customers. I am in the process of persuading them that we should use other products, because Adobe has done everything they could to get rid of me as a customer for several years now, and they have succeeded. Can someone from Adobe please clarify what the idea is with the new greedy Adobe, and is there anyone else besides me who has the same disgusting feeling about Adobe?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

=============
Moderators don't censor topics in these user-to-user communities. All points of view are welcomed as long as it's related to Adobe's products & services, and doesn't violate the Support Community Guidelines. Remember, you're not talking to Adobe staff. You're talking with unpaid forum volunteers and fellow product users just like yourself.
1. Be Respectful
2. Be Supportive
3. Be Safe
4. Be Authentic
It goes without saying that personal attacks & insults won't be tolerated. How would you respond if guests came to your home and personally attacked or insulted you? 😈

"Moderators don't censor topics in these user-to-user communities." I never said they did and it is NOT the issue. Please read the post before commenting on it. In fact, that is exactly the way to Be Respectful, Be Supportive, Be Safe, Be Authentic. Now you are acting like the opposite of what you preach.

A few days ago I wrote a post about the very disgusting development I have experienced at Adobe, where greed has taken over all sense. Unless you want to write about a specific app, it is impossible to find a topic where you can write such a post, so I did as I usually do and just wrote it somewhere. I got two replies to the post. One just talked about where I should put my posts and gave my reference to exactly what I had done, why it didn't get me any further. The other hadn't read my post at all and replied to it believing that I was out to attack the unpaid users here. If that person had read what I have written, they would have quickly seen that I am asking if others feel the same way as I do. So my post speaks to the users - about Adobe. Then the post was locked, so that I could not reply to the comments that came. I am a very careful user, I don't mean any harm, I have been a subscriber for over ten years, but every time I try to contact Adobe or here, I get garbage in my head and accused of all sorts of things that have nothing to do with reality - done by people who always end their messages with a request to be shown respect. They obviously don't think they should read a post before replying to it. I have understood the message, my opinions and my questions are not welcome here, I have no business here. I take note of that, while I wonder why.

Hello,
This is the modern world. Often, people don't actually read the post, but on the other hand, the post is hard to read and understand the point. As to your point. If you find that Adobe has fallen in its standards and have become 'greedy', other companies are no better from what I can see.
Unfortunately, in the words of Gordon Gekko:
“The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that greed is — for lack of a better word — is good. Greed is right. Greed works.”
(Wall Street)
Businesses exist to make a profit!
Even the government is greedy - they want our hard-earned money!
The Lounge, by the way, is the best place to start a general conversation, such as this.

So your point is that because everyone is greedy, it's okay and we just have to live with it? But I can tell you that your claim is false. I already have quite good subscriptions to a number of services that I can also get from Adobe, but I'm opting out.
