None, it is the skills and experiance of the person using them that matters.

You can use any of the Adobe apps, but if you have not aquired the necessary skills and experiance to know what you are doing, how it should be done, and just as important the imagination to create something, you are going no where.

Miss any one of those items out, and at best you will become a gifted amateur, and at worst a liability to everyone you work for or with. Then of course we come to the ability to work with others, and plan what you and others need to do or are doing, all of which are required for promotion, as someone can be the best there is in doing what they do, but lack managerial skills, and that is when the real money starts.
