I am part of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit looking to request an event sponsorship from Adobe. I reached out to
email@example.com, however an automated email back reported that they are no longer responsible for event sponsorships. I was referred to the website https://www.adobe.com/corporate-responsibility/community/product-donations.html, but this link provided no form or email that enabled me to submit a sponsorship request.
I used the Adobe online chat feature and asked about where I could cotnact the event sponsorship representatives, however, I was simply redirected to to these communtiy forums. I was told to write my question and request and post it on these forums, where the team would contact me with further isntructions. If this is not the proper place to post such questions, I would like Adobe to sort out their customer support so I am no longer referred to the wrong place to ask these questions.
Any assistance would be much appreciated, I am trying to request a sponsorship as a nonprofit.
