Adobe/PDF ads pop up on my laptop basically every day several times

Hi all,

I get several Adobe ads daily on my laptop and cant turn it of. I cant deinstall PDF because I need it. Does anyone know, how one can get rid of these daily ads by Adobe and PDF to upsell or upgrade one of thier products? Thank you very much.

That is not an Adobe product.
