artboard locked at 559.50 cm maximum, need larger

who can assist me, my art board is been lock at 559.50 cm maximum, I cannot have a new document at larger then this size, how can i reset it

It's common for large scale projects (billboards, large Posters etc) to do your artwork at a % of final size with images at higher resolution than normal. Speak with the printer to work through the details… assuming that is what you wanted?

That is limitation of Ai artboard size but you can make your artwork out of the artboard bounds and printing will allow to print large size posters etc.
