Well, it depends.
Most software, probably not.
However, Adobe Captivate does support TTS (text to speech). So you can add a script then pick from a few voices and have that script automatically narrated in the project.
So depending on what your needs and output requirements are, yes, at least one product supports TTS.

You can generate text to speech in Adobe Audition. Use Generate ->Speech add text and Audition will generate speech.Then you can edit it.

That's neat! I did not know Audition had that functionality.
Shame though that it doesn't pick up the voices installed with Captivate.
By default on my Win10 box, just the two MS voices are available, and they're...not great.

As a product user, you get no help from speech recognition in Adobe software.
However, as a project developer, you can add voice over and/or closed captioning to some of your Adobe projects.
