I have a problem with the tutorial in that the tutor doesn't speak the King's English and is squeaky and I can't understand a thing she says.

A couple of things...

This is a user-to-user forum and not a way to talk to Adobe. So, if you want to complain about an Adobe tutorial, you'll have to find a way to talk to them.

This is the Adobe forum general Lounge. This is for everyone who uses Adobe products. So you'll have people in here who are web designers, animators, print designers, Marketing Cloud users, Document Cloud users, video editors, and all kinds of other things. We haven't the slightest clue which of Adobe's hundreds of products this tutorial was even about, much less which tutorial amongst the thousands of tutorials for that product you're referring to.

If you're using YouTube as a resource, you will encounter people from many different places with all sorts of accents and other idiosyncrasies. Often the sound quality is less than adequate, too.   If you have a budget to work with, look at learning tutorials on Lynda.com.  Not only are Lynda tutorials reviewed for quality & accuracy, the sound and production value is top notch. In other words, you get what you pay for.

Which tutorial exactly? Got a link?

We don't have any idea which tutorial you're talking about.
