English only, I do have a beard (but no mascara) and I'm not a 'bot... only the demo version of a yard worker

I must be a demo version, 'cause my wife uses me as free labor!

You're welcome to voice your protest about being forced to use the forum but this query is unlikely to go any further unless you reveal which Adobe software you're having a problem with and give us an idea of what the problem is.

Conrad, a fellow product user and ACP recently wrote this article which may interest you.

Getting the Most Out of the Adobe User Forums (CreativePro.com)

IMO, telephone support is the worst way to get help with software questions.  The wait times are often very long & you may wait days for a call back from tech support.  If you're using an older product that's no longer supported, Adobe can't help you.    They only support current products.

These user-to-user forums are the best resource available -- bar none.  And if you post your question to the correct product forum, you're likely to receive a solution right away.

BTW, I speak English very well; only occasionally wear mascara.  No beard .
