this site is impossible. i am having problems with adobe and tech will not answer my problems and says i must come to this forum but this forum is horrible. I need ot speak to a human being that speaks English to help me with my problem.

I type dutch and english and wear mascara but no beard.

You're welcome to voice your protest about being forced to use the forum but this query is unlikely to go any further unless you reveal which Adobe software you're having a problem with and give us an idea of what the problem is.

IMO, telephone support is the worst way to get help with software questions. The wait times are often very long & you may wait days for a call back from tech support. If you're using an older product that's no longer supported, Adobe can't help you. They only support current products.
These user-to-user forums are the best resource available -- bar none. And if you post your question to the correct product forum, you're likely to receive a solution right away.
BTW, I speak English very well; only occasionally wear mascara. No beard .
