Very fast and not a pain at all.

I was, as usual, the odd man out and had to type nearly all my answers in the "other" option - I rarely fit the mold in anything I do

It's weird that the survey asks if I would consider purchasing from Adobe, when I had already checked that I do.

Quick and painless.  I used to not buy from Adobe directly, but with a majority of software going to direct download distribution instead of disc and all sense of a "sale" going away, I think that has really dictated a shift in buyer behavior.
