Can anyone explain the difference between Adobe's Type and Typography forums?

Thanks,

The Adobe Type forum evolved from the old ATM forums.  As such, it's intended for discussions of the typefaces/fonts Adobe sells and nostalgic ruminations about Adobe type utilities like ATM and ATR.

The Typography forum has always been called just that, and it deals with typesetting and design aspects of typefaces regardless of what type foundry supplies them, how they work with each other on the page and other such aesthetic considerations.
