I requested to receive a refund for Helvetica on 1/28/15 after I uninstalled, deactivated, and deleted the font from my computer. It has been almost a month and the order status still states "Return Requested" and in the Open Cases tab it states "Open- Pending Adobe Response." I would not think it takes this long to process a refund. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you.
