Athelas font from Typekit not working in Adobe XD but works in other programs

My team is trying to use the font Athelas in Adobe XD for a prototype but it is not working. After installation it works in Photoshop and InDesign, but we are unsure why this particular font doesn't appear synched. When I check in my CC type panel, it also says it is unable to install the font. Has anyone else had this issue with this particular font or others? We all tried restarting computers/programs and then re-syncing, but no luck. (See attached screenshot.) Thanks!

If it is not synched, it can't work in any application. So that must be a falso affirmation. Please check again and report back.

If available, use a clean install of the OS on a new computer and check the font. It may be in conflict with either some restriction or problem of your installation base.

I am also having this issue. This seems to be an issue with the font itself in Adobe XD, since it works in all other Adobe programs I've tried.

A workaround for this issue is to use Athelas Arabic https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/athelas-arabic This will load into XD and has the same latin characters.

Athelas Arabic does not have Italic and BoldItalic styles.

And there are glyphs of Athelas missing in Athelas Arabic.
