Oh dear! I've taken out a trial subscription to InCopy and tried to use some activated fonts in a Photoshop Elements 12 design and got a pop-up saying that they weren't available. They're not available in Word either.
Is this because both of these programmes aren't in the cloud? Am I right in thinking there's no way for me to use an Adobe subscription to get access to these fonts for my Photoshop Elements 12 projects?
Is my only option to buy individual font licenses?
I don’t know if you already have a paid plan with the Creative Cloud but this article outlines, which fonts are included and can be used: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/system-subscription-requirements.html

Oh! Belay that question, as Jean-Luc Picard would say. Ages later, the fonts I activated are available both in Word and in Photoshop Elements. No idea why that didn't happen far, far sooner.

Argh! And now this morning, all the yellow warning triangles are back in the same file in Photoshop Elements and the activated Adobe fonts don't appear in the drop-down menu again.
Can anyone advise how I can stop this happening in Elements?
(The obvious answer might be 'subscribe to Photoshop CC' but I tried that and found it awful - I'm not a professional and don't have months to spend learning it, nor days to spend on the phone with Adobe when it goes wrong again and again and again.)

Thank you! I finally managed to get an answer via Adobe chat that meshes with what you linked to. The agent said:
The issue can be faced if the creative cloud fonts are not synced with the CC app at the moment so keeping the app launched or open in background would elliminate any such issues. If you still face issues, you can check out the below article for future reference.

As soon as I launched the CC app on my computer, the fonts came back. I hope that continues to solve the problem! Many thanks for your help.
