Hi
i would like to purchase some fonts from Adobe and use them for text in my commercial online videos that people get paid access to watch. These fonts have embedding permission of Print and Preview. Please let me know whether this use infringes the license agreement or not.

i-singh,
I believe this is one for Dov or Thomas. I hope either will see it soon.

I assume that you plan to license fonts from Adobe. We don't sell the fonts themselves!
For the video formats that you release, I assume that there is no live text. It is all raster, correct? If that is the case, there are no restrictions against or additional license fees for using Adobe fonts in your commercial videos.
(Note that this isn't the same as a Flash animation in which text is generated in real time using an embedded font!)
Of course, for non-Adobe fonts, ascertain what restrictions there may be specified in the EULA (End User License Agreement).
