Hello,
I have a few questions concerning the EULA of Adobe fonts and fonts in general.
Is it allowed to use Adobe fonts in the font-family property in CSS? As it depends on the user's installed font types, there would not be any distribution or copying of font files.
Is it necessary to buy a license from Adobe to use the fonts in this way? Is it also possible to use them on commercial websites and in commercial web applications/products?
Thank you in advance for your help.
You are welcome, fmitt
but does this apply even without purchasing any Adobe products?
It does: anyone can put any font name in a CSS without having the font: it only applies if the viewer has the font. You may say that font specifications in CSS are only suggestions.
What about the usage in graphics and prints? Does this even apply on all font types, so not only from Adobe, but from other vendors and creators as well?
You can only use the fonts you have the right to use, wherever they come from

fmitt,
If there is no transferring the font to viewers/users (as in their use in CSS), there is no licence issue.

Thank you very much. Your answers helped me a lot. I am especially interested in Myriad Pro. Are there restrictions by Adobe of the usage of fonts in graphics? I suppose, that purchasing a license is necessary for creating graphics with text in this font, is it?

No.

If the font is included in an application you have bought, there is no need for a separate licence. If you have acquired it separately, that licence/set of terms applies.
