Creative Cloud desktop app won't open fonts - Progress wheel keeps spinning

Hi! 

I have a MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip and MacOs 12.1. My creative cloud app is version 5.6.0.789.

I have tried multiple ways to use fonts from "Adobe Fonts", activating them online and in app. I've also tried to open the creative cloud desktop app and go to fonts. When doing so progress wheel keeps spinning without displaying anything. I've done everything recommended by Adobe without success. I can't use any of the fonts I like when I use any of the Adobe programs, which is incredibly frustrating. 

 

Have any of you exeperienced the same? What can I do?
