Yes.

The following was posted by Tom Phinney last September:

"We will be updating our licensing FAQ to make it clear that our existing font license terms allow EOT usage, and do not allow linking to original fonts placed on web servers."

Could you provide the URL of the updated font licensing FAQ? Also, am I to understand from the reply above that EOT files can be uploaded to a web server for typesetting a website, but the OTF or TTF files cannot?
