Does anyone know how to find the name of a font once it has been turned into a vector?  Any help would be appreciated!

Not that I know of from within Illustrator, InDesign, et. al. You could attach an image to your post here and see if anyone recognizes it.

Beyond that, about the only way I can think of is to use one of the online font finding sites. Here's a couple (you generally need a word or two as jpegs or similar to upload):

http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/

http://www.whatfontis.com/

Good luck
