Specifically Arial Narrow. It is a true type font. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them. I also am having this issue switching from Office 03 to 07. My office is currently transitioning to CS5 but I can't fully switch until I know I can make these fonts work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Addressing your question needs quite a bit more information.
Specifically:
What platform and operating system?
Did either or both of them also change during your transition from CS3
to CS5? What do you mean by Office 03 and Office 07 (Microsoft Office
2003 and 2007 or some other product?)
Exactly what do you mean that fonts "don't work"? Precisely what can
and can't you do? What diagnostics do you receive? How have you
installed them?
What version (and whose product) of Arial Rounded are you using?

I am on Windows XP and running CS3 and a trial version of CS5 until I can figure out the font problem. When I upgraded from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2007, I had some strange font issues and am working with Microsoft now to correct them but it seem to be that the running issue there is that 2007 doesn't support "old" versions of font files (again--still being addressed).
When I open a file I created in CS3 into CS5 (specifically InDesign), the font is missing. If I open it in CS3, it works fine.
I started by removing the fonts from the fonts folder and did a search for any other subfolder placement and removed them-->restarted-->and reinstalled from a fresh-from-CD set of fonts. To no avail.
The fonts are dated 2006 Arial Narrow TT version 2.35 Monotype Corp.
I hope that helps.
