We assume that you are referring to recent versions of Adobe applications?!?

There is no Typekit-specific pop-up. What you are seeing is a dialog that appears when these applications detect that you are missing one or more fonts referenced by your existing content. Otherwise you will see absolutely nothing about Typekit. What is different between recent versions of these applications and previous versions is that the missing fonts dialog now offers you the option of obtaining a font from Typekit

What is different between recent versions of these applications and previous versions is that the missing fonts dialog now offers you the option of obtaining a font from Typekit in addition to the option of choosing an alternative from the fonts you otherwise have available.
