I can use Web Fonts in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign?

My computer just uprgade and install Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, are all "CC 2015" original. I'd like to use a few of the web fonts for my working.

I have save my fonts a lot from DaFont, others but if DaFont, others, etc then I can download it? Can or not? Please advise.

Moving to Typekit​

Typekit, some have pay. Some free.

Most DaFont and others more free. I also save my file all font in my computer.

I should install it or not? T.T
