My guess is it's Cinzel, and the T has been custom-modified.
If you do an internet search, you will find many sources for it.

Appreciate the feedback Brad, unfortunately I can't even remember what job that was for (I have done a thousand since then) so I assume I solved it!

fyi: it was fontsquirrel that narrowed it down.
Also, since I suspected the T was modified, I excluded it from the search... that did it.

It may be worth noting that we can attempt to match a font in Photoshop. Also, the Match Fonts dialog box has a checkbox to show fonts that are available to activate from Adobe Fonts.
Make a selection around some text (high contrast tends to yield the best results) and then choose Type > Match Fonts....
