Adobe Fonts license does not include embedded applications.

Font folio's font licenses can only be used for printing.

Fontspring's font licenses are only available for the desktop.

Where should I buy the font license for the game

It is unlikely Adobe offer such a license. You are basically looking for a license to distribute dozens or millions of copies of the font, it's very different from other uses.
