Libraries didn't sync - Error

Same error here on two different machines, and I have zero files in there for it to sync. How hard is it to sync nothing?

Exactly the same issue with exactly the same error message, except that I do not have "Open sync folder" button.

I do have libraries to sync, but no files to sync.
