Old version of Utopia in OTF

Is there way to have an OpenType version of the old version of Utopia (before it was redesign for OT and rename Utopia Std)? We bought the postscript version but now we need it in OpenType to work with a PC and a Mac.

Is that right to convert it by ourselves or not. If it is, which software do you recommend to do a good job and without losing all the kerning presets, etc?

Thanks in advance for any type of advice.

Other than the difference in name, what is it about the Utopia Std OpenType CFF font that is problematic for you. No loss of glyphs or any typographical features that we know of. Is it just the difference in the name? That can usually be easily handled by fixing paragraph or character styles or doing global S&R.

Thanks Dov! But, unfortunately, the std version is redesigned and reduced by 5%. So, the current text is affected and it's a lot of changes in character and paragraph styles.
